The way the greens and the reds of an apple kind of blend in and out of each other is a masterpiece in itself. I tried to capture some of that in this painting.

Welcome

After being inspired by the blogs of several artists and seeing the progression of their paintings I decided to make a blog of my own.

Art is a big part of my life. It excites me. I do my best to paint every day. By doing this daily exercise I feel I am growing as an artist. I like to paint a variety of subjects including nature, the figure and still life works Many of them are an inspiration or an experience that I have had.
