1ST PLACE!


This weekend was the Danada Nature Art Show in Wheaton IL. I am excited to announce that I received the first place award for my painting "Refuge"! This is quite an honor for me as there were so many wonderful paintings and talented artists in this show. I wish we could have gotten a better photo though.

    Brad, qué gran alegría! No sabes cuánto me alegra este premio. Dices que había muchos talentos participando, pues mejor, pues pienso que cuando uno gana esa distinción participando entre artistas de talento, entre a quienes uno mismo considera merecedores de ser premiados, no sólo es más valioso el premio, sino que tú, en tu modestia y al reconocerles a ellos su valía, también denotas la gran calidad humana que posees.
